Overview Ph.D.Plus scholarships are scholarships for persons from the South (DGD country list) that were awarded a Ph.D. as part of or after having participated in a VLIR-UOS programme or at a Flemish university and that wish to specialise at a Flemish university for up to three months in 2011.
