Overview Ph.D.Plus scholarships are scholarships for persons from the South (DGD country list) that were awarded a Ph.D. as part of or after having participated in a VLIR-UOS programme or at a Flemish university and that wish to specialise at a Flemish university for up to three months in 2011. Only nationals from a country on the country list can apply who have not been granted a Ph.D.Plus scholarship from VLIR-UOS yet and who have obtained a Ph.D. degree - at (preferably but not necessarily) a Flemish university OR at another university but then this must have been in the framework of a VLIR-UOS programme; - at least 1 year before the start of the Ph.D. Plus scholarship Master Scholarships, University of Twente, The Netherlands Fellowship Programmes (NFP)
