Overview The OSI Scholarship program is administered upon an agreement between the American University in Bulgaria and the AUBG Program Coordinators in the eligible countries. All OSI Financial Awards from 2010-2011 will be Full and Partial Awards, and will be given preferably to good students who otherwise would not be able to cover the full costs of their education: Full Awards are called OSI Scholarships and are limited in number. The editorial board welcomes the submission of articles in the field of ethnic and minority studies, especially on racial and ethnic relations, ethnic identity, nationalism, xenophobia, protection of (ethnic, national, linguistic, religious, and other) minorities, migration, multiculturalism and related subjects. The journal is particularly interested in discussions regarding ethnic and minority issues in the so-called Alpine-Adriatic- Panonnian area and all comparative studies, which include only partially or as a whole - this geographic area.
