Eligibility:
To be eligible for a scholarship, candidates must be college-bound high school seniors enrolled at a four-year college for the 2012/2013 school year, majoring in chemistry, business or engineering. A minimum 3.0 grade point average (4.0 scale) and two letters of recommendation, proof of income (W2) are also required.

Scholarship Open for International Students: No

Scholarship Description: The Fred Luster, Sr. Education Foundation was established by the AHBAI Board of Directors in 1991 in honor of the late Fred Luster, Sr., a founding AHBAI board member and founder of the Chicago-based Luster Products, Inc. To date, the Foundation has awarded more than $500,000 in scholarships. AHBAI is accepting scholarship applications from college-bound students through it’s Fred Luster, Sr. Education Foundation. Scholarships will be awarded in the amounts of $250. Winners will be selected based on their academic achievement, school activities and extracurricular activities, and financial need.
