International Water Centre (IWC) offers full and partial tuition scholarships for international and

Australian graduate students interested in pursuing the Master of Integrated Water Management

Program. The program is custom-designed by leading practitioners and academics from a range of

disciplines from IWC member universities, and equips students with the integration, leadership and

managerial skills to become part of an elite group of water leaders with sustainable and holistic solutions

to global water and climate change challenges. The program takes a project-centred approach, integrating

coursework in water science, engineering, policy and planning, economics and community development.

Students enroll at the University of Queensland. Upon graduation they receive a degree from 4 of

Australia’s most prestigious universities: The University of Queensland, Griffith University, Monash

University, and The University of Western Australia.

Duration and Value

Duration: 18.0 months

Annual value: $A 26,500.00

Total value: $A 39,960.00

Extra Details: Scholarships for international students cover full or partial tuition costs and Overseas

Student Health Cover for the duration of the program. Scholarships for Australian citizens and residents

include both full or partial tuition scholarships for the duration of the program. The scholarships do not

include travel, accommodation allowance, living stipend, field work or course material costs.

Eligibility criteria

General information

Applicants must have completed a 4-year undergraduate degree in a related field of study from an

internationally recognized institution and demonstrate English language proficiency. A minimum of 2

years practical experience in a related field is preferred but not required. Selection is based on:

commitment to the field of study? leadership qualities? academic record? professional record? and

potential outcomes.
