Lecturer/Assistant Lecturer in Management and Public Administration (2 Positions)

The appointees will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses both on campus and through distance and flexible learning mode; participate and contribute to research and publications profile of the school; contribute to administrative functions of the school development programmes and consultancy. For appointments at Lecturer level, applicants must have a PhD degree in Management or in a relevant field from an accredited institution; for appointments at Assistant Lecturer level, applicants should have at least a Masters degree in Management and be able to teach in the following areas: Marketing, HRM, and Quantitative Management.

Salary Range:

Assistant Lecturer SBD176,189 to SBD211,427 per annum

Lecturer SBD217,788 to SBD286,566 per annum

(Inclusive of 15% Gratuity)

Positions available for a term of three years and may be renewed by mutual agreement.

In addition to the above benefits, the University contributes 10% of basic salary to an approved superannuation scheme, provides airfare and relocation costs where appropriate.
