Scholarship Description: The Metropolitan Washington Chapter of the ARCS Foundation awards a Fellowship Endowment bows for the academic year 2012-2013 in the amount of $ 15,000. Fellowship will select the recipient from among the participating universities on the basis of qualifications and research achievements of the candidates are taken.
