Eligibility:
a) You will need a permanent residence in the islands of Guam and Micronesia, or a dependent object of active duty or reserve military personnel who are from Guam, as described under “purpose”;
b) you show serious interest received a bachelor’s degree engineering or architecture and the return to Guam and Micronesia begin after completion of their professional career;
c) are enrolled in an accredited engineering or architecture program at a college or university.

Scholarship Description: The purpose of this scholarship program is pleased to announced the development of technology and architecture skills to the permanent residents of Guam and the islands in Micronesia as a geographical area that have structured political associations and relations with the United States of America. It is the intent of this scholarship program for middle? Year grant awarded as follows selected students a bachelor’s degree in engineering or architectural interest.
