Scholarship Description: The Mary Morrow-Edna Richards Scholarship was named in memory of Mary Frank Morrow, who served as the first president of the North Carolina Classroom Teachers Association, and Edna Cotton Richards, an outstanding leader within the North Carolina Teachers Association and the North Carolina Association of Educators.
